Words cannot describe how blessed we are to be awarded $1,552,540 in capital funding from AdventHealth Central Florida for our Forever Home Project Event and Training Barn!

This transformative grant will expand training and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the fields of retail, hospitality, and event planning. We are beyond grateful to be entrusted with this amazing gift to our special needs community.

We are honored to share that Special Hearts Farm has been awarded a 4-year grant from Florida Blue Foundation to support our Adult Day Training Program! We are immensely grateful to the Florida Blue Foundation for their generous support and belief in our mission. Thank you, Florida Blue Foundation for your incredible impact in the community!

The Special Hearts Farm “Special Animals for Special Hearts,” is a Non Profit 501(c) 3 organization and serves individuals with disabilities and unique abilities by providing adult day training, supported employment, and possible entrepreneur business opportunities related to farming and gardening experiences.

Enjoy NOW this cozy handmade blanket, along with holiday inspired scented candle and soap collection handmade by our farmers.

Then three (3) additional seasonal packages for
Valentine's Day, Spring/Easter and Fall.

Each season, you will receive a hand-made wood product of your choice, candle and two soaps. $280.00
